I am very sorry to tell you that, due to unexpected changes in the flight ticket, I won´t be able to arrive, at your office, at 10:00 as scheduled, but only at 11:00.
If this time doesn´t suit you, please, feel free to fix any other time at your convenience.
I would very much appreciate if you could give me a quick reply, in order to readapt my agenda.
