Advantages of Fracking: 1) We would not depend on foreign energy. 2) We can have access to gas and oil resources that by other conventional methods would be impossible.

Disadvantages of Fracking: 1) The Fracking needs big hydric resources that must be brought to the oilfields with a great environment cost since they are billions of liters per well. 2) Another inconvenient is the worry about chemicals and that as a result of a bad practice polluting the area.
