Our company, named MENPA, will be dedicated to energy consulting for Small-Medium-Bussines. It will be based in Madrid.
Several studies have demonstrated (reference) that more than 3.000 companies will be required to perform an energy audit in Madrid every 4 years.

Every company that fulfills the following characteristics must be subject to an auditing process: Those having more than 50
employees; Those business capital exceed 5.700.000 Euros and total assets exceed 2.850.000 Euros.
The Ministry of Industry estimates through RD 56/2016, that the overal cost of an industrial audit is around 18.700 Euros. Furthermore, the value of auditing a construction company is around 10.200 Euros,
a shop 6.000 Euros and a services company, 3.000 Euros.
Then, we will take out a loan of about 50.000€ and each partner will contribute with 20.000 Euros, so that the total investment will be 90.000€.
To conclude, we expect to recover the loan during the first two
years, whereas the investment that was made from both partners will be recovered the third one.
