Advantages of Fracking: 1) We would not depend on foreign energy. 2) We can have access to gas and oil resources that by other conventional methods would be impossible.

Disadvantages of Fracking: 1) The Fracking needs big hydric resources that must be brought to the oilfields with a great environment cost since they are billions of liters per well. 2) Another inconvenient is the worry about chemicals and that as a result of a bad practice polluting the area.

Our company, named MENPA, will be dedicated to energy consulting for Small-Medium-Bussines. It will be based in Madrid.

Several studies have demonstrated (reference) that more than 3.000 companies will be required to perform an energy audit in Madrid every 4 years.

Every company that fulfills the following characteristics must be subject to an auditing process: Those having more than 50 employees; Those business capital exceed 5.700.000 Euros and total assets exceed 2.850.000 Euros.

The Ministry of Industry estimates through RD 56/2016, that the overal cost of an industrial audit is around 18.700 Euros. Furthermore, the value of auditing a construction company is around 10.200 Euros, a shop 6.000 Euros and a services company, 3.000 Euros.

Then, we will take out a loan of about 50.000€ and each partner will contribute with 20.000 Euros, so that the total investment will be 90.000€.

To conclude, we expect to recover the loan during the first two years, whereas the investment that was made from both partners will be recovered the third one.

The company will get into profits during its fourth year.

SUBJECT: How to improve water consumption in our company

Acording to "The Economist", water is scarce because it is badly managed, and Spain is one of the countries with extreme risk to live in water-stressed areas.
   
As a water dependent company, we have to take urgent measures. Action will focus on two parts:

 -First, we will control the levels of water consumed vs required.

 -Second, we will improve our efficiency in the industrial consumption.

Conclusion and Recomendation: We have to recycle our water, for this porpouse, we will have to build a new tank with a minimum of 8000 liters of capacity, a wastewater treatment plant. and add consumption regulators in the feed pipeline and exit pipeline.
